Damage Policy – LoveHomes4U

At LoveHomes4U, we take pride in maintaining our homes to the highest standards for every guest. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we kindly ask guests to treat each property with care and respect throughout their stay.


Security Deposit / Damage Fee

A refundable damage deposit or damage fee may be required for certain properties. This is used solely to cover accidental damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items beyond normal wear and tear.

Details of any applicable damage fee or deposit will be clearly communicated during the booking process.


Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

  • Any damage caused to the property, furniture, fittings, or appliances during their stay

  • Missing items or loss of property belonging to LoveHomes4U

  • Excessive cleaning required due to misuse or negligence

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not be charged.


Reporting Damage

We encourage guests to report any accidental damage as soon as possible. Prompt communication helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.


Assessment & Charges

If damage occurs, LoveHomes4U reserves the right to:

  • Assess the extent of the damage after checkout

  • Deduct repair or replacement costs from the damage deposit (where applicable)

  • Charge additional costs if damages exceed the deposit amount

All charges will be reasonable and supported by repair or replacement costs.


No Hidden Charges

We believe in transparency. Guests will only be charged for verified damages directly related to their stay.


Acceptance of Policy

By confirming a booking with LoveHomes4U, guests agree to this Damage Policy as part of our terms of stay.
